Big spirit wear and fundraiser runs go screen print, which is a 25 piece minimum with a flat $50 screen setup and lands at $5.00 a piece at 50. Small runs go DTF at $5.00 to $14.00 per print, no minimum and no setup. A left chest logo on heavier fleece is worth embroidering, 3 piece minimum with the flat $50 digitizing you pay once.
One practical note before you send art. A full front print on a pullover has to clear the pouch pocket and the hood drawcord, so the usable area is shorter than it is on a tee. If your design is tall, a full zip like the District Perfect Weight gives you two clean panels to work with instead of one interrupted one.
