Collection: Custom Embroidered Hats & Caps

Caps are an embroidery category, and that is not a preference. The front of a structured cap is curved and seamed, and often backed with foam, so a flat print will not lay down on it the way it does on a shirt. Stitching goes into the panel and holds its shape. Our embroidery minimum is 3 pieces, digitizing is a flat $50 charged once, and stitching runs $10.00 for a small mark, $14.00 standard, $18.00 large.

Two things to plan for. The design gets digitized for the cap specifically, because the machine sews it in a cap frame rather than flat, so a file digitized for a shirt does not carry over. And a structured six panel has a center seam, which means a wide logo either splits across it or has to be set to one side. Trucker and five panel styles like the Richardson Gramps and the YP Classics Retro give you a cleaner front.

The 12 caps here start at $19.99 for a garment washed Port Authority and run up through Carhartt and The North Face for when the cap itself is the gift.
