Pricing & minimums

How much does custom apparel cost?

Straight answer: it depends on the garment, the decoration method, and how many you order — and the per-piece price drops as quantity climbs. Every product page prices your exact order live, so you never wait on a quote for standard work.

What drives the price

  • The garment — a basic tee costs less than a performance polo or premium hoodie.
  • The decoration method — screen print, DTF, embroidery, or engraving (each priced differently).
  • Quantity — bulk tiers lower the per-piece price as you order more.
  • One-time setup — screen print and engraving have a setup fee; embroidery has a one-time digitizing fee (reused free on reorders); DTF has none.

Add it all up on the product page — garment + decoration + quantity tier — and you see the real total before checkout. No hidden fees.

How bulk pricing works

Pricing is tiered: as your quantity crosses each tier, the per-piece price steps down. You'll see the exact price at your quantity right on the product page — adjust the number and watch it update. For screen print especially, larger runs are dramatically cheaper per shirt once the one-time setup is spread across the order.

Do I need a quote?

Not for standard orders — the product page is your quote, with garment cost, decoration, bulk tier, and total all shown before checkout. Written quotes are reserved for complex special orders: multi-piece uniform programs, unusual decoration combinations, or very large quantities. For those, reach out and we'll put together a written quote.

Common questions

How much do custom polos cost for a small business?

It depends on the polo and your quantity — set the number on the product page to see the live per-piece price at each bulk tier. Embroidery (3-piece minimum) is the usual choice for polos.

Is there a setup fee?

Screen print and engraving have a one-time setup fee; embroidery has a one-time digitizing fee reused free on reorders; DTF has none.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — bulk pricing is built into every product page. The per-piece price drops as quantity rises.

What's the minimum order?

Screen print 25, embroidery 3, DTF and engraving have no minimum.
