The question we get most on tees is whether to screen print or run DTF, and the honest answer is that it comes down to quantity. Screen print starts at 25 pieces and carries a flat $50 screen setup per order, but the decoration itself drops to $7.00 a piece at 25, $5.00 at 50, and $2.50 at 150. On a 200 shirt event order nothing else is close. DTF has no minimum and no setup at all. It is priced by print size, $5.00 for a small logo up to $14.00 for an oversize front, which makes it the right call for a dozen staff shirts or a reorder of six.
