Pure Choice Apparel ("PCA," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at purechoiceapparel.com, our SMS program, our email outreach, and any related services.

Pure Choice Apparel is a trade name of **Pure Choice Logistics LLC**, an Arizona limited liability company located at 17255 N 82nd St Ste 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

## 1. Information We Collect

### Information you provide directly

- **Order information:** name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us).
- **Contact form / quote requests:** name, email, phone (optional), company name, project details.
- **Account information:** if you create an account, your login email and password (encrypted).
- **SMS opt-in:** your mobile phone number, the date and time of your opt-in, and the source of opt-in (checkout, web form, manual response).
- **Custom artwork and logos:** files you upload for decoration, your design specifications, and any related communications.

### Information we collect automatically

- **Cookies and analytics:** standard web analytics including pages viewed, referring source, device type, and approximate location (city/region from IP address).
- **Order activity:** order history, decoration choices, communication history with our team.

### Information from public sources (cold outreach only)

- For prospects we contact via cold outreach, we may collect publicly available business information such as business name, contact name, business email address, location, and publicly listed hiring/event triggers from sources like Google Business Profile, public LinkedIn posts, and company websites.
- This information is used only to determine fit for our services and to personalize initial outreach. We do not purchase contact lists or scrape private/protected sources.

## 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

- Process and fulfill your orders, including communicating about mockups, production status, shipping, and pickup
- Provide quotes and respond to inquiries
- Send transactional SMS and email (order updates, mockup links, pickup notifications)
- Send marketing SMS and email **only if you have opted in**
- Improve our services, products, and website
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, regulatory requirements)
- Detect and prevent fraud

## 3. SMS Program (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Pure Choice Apparel for the following purposes:

- **Transactional messages:** order confirmations, production updates, ready-for-pickup notifications, shipping tracking
- **Customer care messages:** quote follow-ups, design proofs, review requests after delivery
- **Marketing messages (separate opt-in):** new products, seasonal promotions, restock notices

**Message frequency:** Up to 4 messages per week per customer during active engagement. Transactional messages may be sent as needed.

**Message and data rates may apply** based on your wireless carrier's plan.

**To opt out:** Reply **STOP** to any SMS message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further marketing or non-transactional messages. Critical transactional messages (such as shipping notifications for active orders) may still be sent until your order is complete.

**We do not sell or share your phone number** with any third party for their marketing purposes. SMS messages are sent via our SMS service provider (Twilio) on our behalf. Your phone number is handled according to our agreement with Twilio and is not used for any purpose other than messaging from Pure Choice Apparel.

## 4. Who We Share Information With

We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate our business:

- **Shopify** — e-commerce platform, order management, payment processing
- **Twilio** — SMS message delivery
- **Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph** — email service for outbound and inbound mail
- **Instantly.ai** — cold-outreach email campaign delivery
- **Cloudinary** — image hosting for mockups
- **Payment processors** (via Shopify) — Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.
- **Shipping carriers** — USPS, UPS, FedEx as needed for order delivery
- **Tax and accounting providers** — for legal and tax compliance

We do **not** sell your personal information. We do **not** share your information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

## 5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

- **Order information:** 7 years (for tax and warranty purposes)
- **Account information:** until you request deletion
- **SMS opt-in records:** for the duration of your opt-in plus 4 years (TCPA recordkeeping)
- **Marketing email lists:** until you unsubscribe
- **Anonymous analytics:** up to 26 months

## 6. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

- **Access** the information we have about you (request via sales@purechoiceapparel.com)
- **Correct** inaccurate information
- **Delete** your account and associated information (subject to legal retention requirements above)
- **Opt out of marketing** SMS (reply STOP) or email (use unsubscribe link in any marketing email)
- **Opt out of cookies** via your browser settings; some site features may be limited

**California residents (CCPA):** You have additional rights including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, sell, or share. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact sales@purechoiceapparel.com.

## 7. Children's Privacy

Pure Choice Apparel is a B2B-focused service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

## 8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS to affected customers.
