Which decoration method fits a team order
Most teams use a couple of methods, and we do all of them in-house, so colors stay consistent and you deal with one shop.
Screen printing is the value play for larger runs of the same design: tournament tees, fan shirts, and big fundraiser orders. It gives bright, durable prints at the lowest cost per shirt in volume, starting at a 25-piece minimum.
Direct-to-film (DTF) printing is built for team uniforms. Most rosters are small, often 12 to 20 players, and every shirt may need a different number or name. DTF handles short runs and full-color, per-shirt detail with a minimum of just 1, which makes it the right call for numbered player shirts.
Embroidery is for coach and staff apparel that needs to look sharp: polos, quarter-zips, jackets, and hats with a stitched logo. Embroidery starts at a 3-piece minimum, with a one-time digitizing fee to set up your logo.
Engraving covers awards and recognition: laser-engraved drinkware and trophies-style gifts for MVPs, coaches, and end-of-season banquets, with a minimum of 1.
