Custom Church Shirts and Apparel for Your Whole Congregation
Custom Church Shirts and Apparel for Your Whole Congregation
Looking for custom church shirts your ministry will actually wear? We print and embroider apparel for churches across the country: youth group tees, volunteer shirts, mission trip gear, leadership polos, and event runs for VBS, retreats, and conferences. Everything is made in the USA, with screen printing and embroidery under one roof, so your whole church order comes back matching and on time.
Whether you need 30 shirts for a small group or 500 for a summer event, you order online and see real per-piece pricing before you commit. No waiting on a quote to find out what it costs.
Apparel for every part of church life
Churches don't order apparel once a year. There's a calendar full of moments that need gear, and each one has a different look.
- Youth group and student ministry: soft, comfortable tees kids want to put on, in bright colors and bold prints.
- Volunteer and serve teams: easy-to-spot shirts so greeters, parking, and check-in crews are recognizable on a busy Sunday.
- Mission trips: durable, matching apparel for the team, often with the trip year and location printed on the back.
- VBS and kids' events: high-energy designs in a full size run from toddler to adult.
- Leadership and staff: embroidered polos and button-downs that look pulled-together for pastors, elders, and ministry leads.
- Anniversaries, conferences, and retreats: one-time event runs that capture the theme and the date.
If you run multiple events a year, we can keep your logo and brand colors on file so every order matches the last one.
Which decoration method fits a church order
Most churches use a mix of two methods, and we do both in-house, so you're not coordinating between vendors.
Screen printing is the workhorse for high-volume tees. It gives you bright, durable prints at the lowest per-shirt cost once you're ordering in quantity, which makes it the right call for VBS, youth events, and anything where you need a lot of the same design. Screen printing starts at a 25-piece minimum, so it fits the typical church event order well.
Embroidery is for the pieces that need to look sharp and last: leadership polos, staff button-downs, hats, and jackets. Stitched logos hold up wash after wash and read as more formal than a print. Embroidery starts at a 3-piece minimum, with a one-time digitizing fee to turn your logo into stitch data.
Direct-to-film (DTF) printing handles smaller runs and full-color designs that would be expensive to screen print. If you only need a handful of shirts, or your art has lots of colors and detail, DTF works with a minimum of just 1.
Engraving is for recognition: laser-engraved drinkware and gifts for volunteer appreciation, staff thank-yous, or retirement keepsakes, with a minimum of 1.

Why churches order from us
You're not buying blank shirts off a shelf. You're trusting someone to make your church look like one body. Here's what you get.
Made in the USA. Your apparel is produced here, not shipped in from overseas, which means tighter quality control and gear that holds up.
Print and embroidery under one roof. A lot of orders mix tees and polos. We do both in-house, so the colors match and there's one point of contact instead of two vendors blaming each other.
Real pricing up front. See per-piece cost by garment, method, and quantity before you order. Our pricing guide walks through how it all works.
Fast, predictable turnaround. Most orders ship within 3 to 10 days. When you've got a hard date for a retreat or VBS, that matters.
A free team store for big events. Running a large event or want to raise a little money? We can set up a free online store so your members order their own sizes and your group keeps money on every item. No collecting cash, no guessing sizes.
Frequently asked questions
How many custom church shirts do I have to order? It depends on the method. Screen printing, the most cost-effective option for big runs, starts at 25 shirts. Embroidery starts at 3 pieces, and DTF printing or engraving can be done with a minimum of just 1. We'll match the method to your order size so the minimum works for you.
Can you print our church logo and event artwork? Yes. Send us your logo and any design you have, and we'll set it up for print or embroidery. If you only have a rough idea, tell us what you're picturing and we'll help shape it.
How fast can we get shirts for an event? Most orders ship within 3 to 10 days. If you're up against a hard date for VBS, a retreat, or a mission trip, tell us the deadline and we'll let you know what's possible before you order.
Do you do both t-shirts and embroidered polos? Yes. We screen print tees and hoodies and embroider polos, button-downs, hats, and jackets, all in-house. A lot of churches order a mix, like printed shirts for the congregation and embroidered polos for staff.
Can you help us raise money with a shirt sale? Yes. We can build you a free online team store where your members order their own apparel and your group keeps an amount on every item. See our fundraisers and team stores page for how it works.
