How fast can I get custom apparel?
Short version: you approve a digital proof, then production plus 3–5 business days of shipping, with expedited options if you're on a deadline. Here's how the whole process works so you know what to expect before you order.
The timeline, start to finish
- Quick proof to approve — once we have your logo and details, you get a digital proof to approve (email or SMS, your choice).
- Production starts after you approve — nothing prints until you sign off on the proof.
- Shipping: 3–5 business days after production completes (standard).
- Need it sooner? 3-day expedited shipping is available, with the cost shown at checkout.
Have a hard deadline (event, game, fundraiser)? Tell us up front and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.
How ordering works
- 1. Order on the product page. Pick your garment, decoration method, and quantity. Pricing (including bulk tiers) shows live.
- 2. Upload your design and pay at checkout. No separate quote needed for standard orders.
- 3. Approve your proof. We send a digital proof for you to review. Read it carefully before approving.
- 4. We produce and ship. You get tracking by email/SMS when it goes out.
Reorders are faster
Once you're in our system, reorders are usually a one-line email or text ("need 20 more medium navy polos"). For ongoing accounts we can hold blank inventory so reorders ship faster than a fresh order, typically 2–3 business days. Ask about the reorder program when you place your first bundle.
